Control Automatic Extraction file types

Be nice to be able to control what types of files you want BinTube to bother extracting or not.  So only .pdf's and .doc's, or not .exe's, for example.

  and please add the option to just process one file at a time
  when i download a lot of stuff and am using my computer at the same time it always slows down a lot when bintube is verfiying, extracting and downloading at the same time several files
  i know automatic file processing can be disabled, but i just want it to simply complete (download, verfiy and extract) one file after another
